Too busy with your own tasks and therefore not taking time to sync with your colleagues or team. But if you "forget" to communicate, you can come home cold because you wander off. Syncing through communication is important to maintain focus. To illustrate, watch this video with 5 metronomes. As soon as they start "communicating" with each other ( through the empty drink cans) they influence each other and adopt 1 beat (in-sync). Things go wrong again when the cans are removed and they no longer 'listen' to each other.
